Pokemon Let’s Go! Pikachu & Eevee Trademarked By Nintendo

Featured News Nintendo

The anticipation for the next Pokemon game is at a fever pitch and this has lead to an overabundance of leaks, rumors, and speculations on what this next entry could be. There are too many rumors to go through and a lot of them have nothing substantial to warrant an article. Until now.

Rumors starting circulating earlier this week about the titles of the next entries. In typical two versions a year fashion, the rumored titles of the next Pokemon games are Pokemon: Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokemon: Let’s Go Eevee. Well, now it seems this has been inadvertently confirmed by Nintendo as the names above have been trademarked by the company.

This Is vastly different how the entries are typically named but, to me, it makes sense that they would change the naming format if speculations are to be true that the franchise will be drastically changed from prior entries. We also don’t know what the effect of the highly successful Pokemon Go! Mobile game may have on this title.

There are rumors that we’ll learn more about Pokemon’s future at the end of this month and, if not, we have E3 in less than a month. Just remember, stick with The Loot Gaming for all your gaming news and reviews! Also, comment down below and let us know what you think about all of this. Are you excited for this? Any other rumors that are circulating you hope are true? What don’t you want from the new Pokemon?

Personally, I would love to have things as traditionally as they’ve been in terms of exploration but with a more meaningful story and real time combat in the vein of Pokken Tournament!
