PSX2017: Firewall: Zero Hour coming to PSVR

Ever thought what the PSVR needed was a true first person shooter experience built from the ground up? Well if so then you are in luck. Firewall: Zero Hour seems to take that request on and add to it. With its tactical gameplay reminiscent of Rainbow Siege Six and the infamous Call of Duty: Modern Warfare games.

The team behind the game really wanted to emphasize teamwork and the importance of it in their game. They have stated that when you play this game you will feel a sense of increasing danger with wanting to go run and gun style and will really want to stick with your team to complete the objective.

There was a playable demo of the game at PSX2017 and for the rest of us that weren’t fortunate enough to attend, we will be able to play this when it releases exclusively on PSVR in 2018. I for one have been looking for this exact style of gameplay from a PSVR title. With all the great games released on PSVR and upcoming titles, PSVR has really cemented itself in the PlayStation ecosystem and become one of the definitive VR platforms.

Will you be picking this up when it releases? Were you fortunate enough to actually get to play the demo at PSX? Looking forward to reading your responses in the comments below.

Have your say!
