After a series of cryptic tweets, THQ Nordic has announced a sequel to the critically acclaimed This Is The Police.
This Is The Police is known as an adventure games of sorts but it also has management aspects to it and resource management. It’s a unique experience that is really creative and fun. This sequel will focus on strengthening the strategic and tactical parts of the game. There is more than making decisions and seeing how they play out, it’s deeper now with actions having consequences and your decisions having weight.
The goal seems to be an emphasis on direct player participation. Also, your subordinates are fleshed out people and not simple resources, which means they have their own feelings and emotions, strengths and weakness, and their own fears and preconceptions .

This Is The Police 2 is expected to release this year for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
