Call of Cthulhu release date revealed and it’ll be out just in time for Halloween…

Everyone loves Halloween. Whether you’re a kid who wants free candy, a teenager/young adult who wants an excuse to wear a ridiculous costume and get drunk or anyone of any age who wants to settle in with a nice horror flick, there’s something for everyone! Thanks to series like Resident Evil, Outlast, The Evil Within and a plethora of indie options there’s always something to play at Halloween if you want a little extra spook. However, this year we’re getting something a little bit more special.

“Call of Cthulhu, the official videogame inspired by Chaosium’s classic pen and paper RPG, will begin the spread of madness on PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 30th 2018!”

The narrative action RPG Call of Cthulhu has chosen the perfect time to make its grand entrance. Get all the lights off, get a headset on and settle into the experience that will test your sanity as you control private investigator Edward Pierce and try to solve the mysterious tragedy of the Hawkin’s family. Conspiracy, crazy science, weird cults, odd creatures and mysteries of the cosmos all await you in the psychological thriller.

I love a good scare, after hitting 100% in Resident Evil 7 (all in VR) I’ve been waiting for something else to come along and terrify my very soul. Call of Cthulhu might just be what I’ve been waiting for. I’ll find out this Halloween! Until then I’ll be sticking to thelootgaming.com for all my gaming news and reviews! You might even win a prize if you do…
