Couch co-op puzzler Pitfall Planet lands on Switch Fall 2018, see the trailer here

Look how wonderfully cute.

Following a successful release on Steam in 2016, Pitfall Planet is making it’s way to Nintendo’s hybrid platform. This release will be fully optimised for Switch in one particular way: single joy-con play. This means with just one console you and a buddy can team up and take control of your robot pair in order to overcome obstacles and explore the adorably charming world.

Originally developed by Bonfire Games, the Switch port is being handled by Abstraction Games who have a pretty experienced portfolio. They’ve ported/co-developed games including Ark: Survival Evolved, Danganronpa 1+2 Reloaded and the absolutely incredible The Sexy Brutale. The best bit? You’ll be able to throw your friends into lava pits. They’ll be fine in the game but the feeling of victory you’ll experience in real life will be unrivalled.
