E3 2018: Assassin’s Creed Odyssey release date officially announced, playable characters revealed!

As already reported by thelootgaming.comthe next game in the Assassin’s Creed series would be titled Odyssey and would take place in Ancient Greece. We even recently revealed official screenshots.

Ubisoft have revealed that Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will release October 5th!

This stunning trailer shows off how vital the Ancient Greek setting and the people’s connection to the Gods will be. We also found out the game features two playable characters, one male, and one female descended from an ancient lineage. You wield the Spear of Leonidas, a piece of Eden. The game will have a world which reacts to your choices and for the first time ever an AC game features branching narrative paths. Enjoy an incredible piece of gameplay which highlights just how important the element of War plays in the franchise’s newest installment:
