Gears of War 4 added to Xbox Gamepass

Xbox Game pass see’s its library grow larger, with subscribers receiving 7 further titles added for December, the highlight being the addition of Gears of War 4! One of Microsoft’s flagship titles (Just in time for some X1X enhanced goodness over the festive period)

The subscription service, which launched on June 1st 2017 and has been steadily growing, is Microsoft’s ‘Netflixesq‘ program that allows members to download and play well over a 100 titles (and counting) as long as they remain subscribed or the game remains in the catalogue.


December see’s the following games added

  • Gears of War 4 (The Coalition)
  • Darksiders – Warmaster Edition (Vigil Games)
  • Mass Effect (Bioware)
  • Sherlock Holmes – The Devils Daughter (Frogwares)
  • This War of Mine – The Little Ones (11 Bit Studio)
  • Casey Powell Lacrosse 16 (Big Ant Studios)
  • Mega Man 10 (Capcom)

Microsoft is also continuing its Gamepass Goals for December, having previously introduced the promotion/competition in September. The previous promotion challenged players to complete goals within the subscription service for real world prizes. Prizes included items such as Xbox Live Gold, Free DLC, Movie Downloads and a chance of the Grand price of  $500 Xbox store credit!

Pricing is currently set at £7.99 or $9.99 monthly
