Like the last numbered game in the series, Far Cry 5 has a secret ending that brings the player straight to the end of the game within minutes.
To unlock this secret ending to one of the year’s best action games so far, what you have to do is watch through the opening cutscene of the game, and whenever it tells you to press a button to handcuff Joseph Seed, you do not do anything. Wait for about 90 seconds, and the sheriff says that it is too dangerous to arrest Seed, and that none of them will make it out alive if they cuff him. You and your crew leaves the cultists, and the game ends.
