Metro Exodus Delayed Until 2019

Unfortunately, it has been confirmed today that Metro Exodus, the third entry in the Metro series, has been delayed to 2019 in a Twitter post from the game’s official account. It seems the scope and ambition of the game warrants the need for more time so that they are able to deliver another spectacular entry.

If you don’t know, the Metro series is a series of games based on a collection of written works by Russian Author Dmitry Alexeevich Glukhovsky. The games are survival horror FPS in a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by nuclear warfare. Both entries have received stellar reviews and are definitely worth getting, especially since they’ve been remastered for current consoles.

Anyways, what do you think? Are you sad about the news? Not surprised? Have you played the other entries? Comment down below and let us know your thoughts and feelings about all of this and remember to follow The Loot Gaming for all your gaming news and reviews!
