Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Preview

For a while Nintendo has been trying to enter the mobile market. After the success of Pokémon Go and Mario Run, the great N dares to adapt Animal Crossing. The game will officially be released in November but The Loot team have had the opportunity to try it and we are bringing you all the news.

GAMEPLAY

Animal crossing adapts perfectly to mobile control, being the closest reference that we could experience in Wii with the wii-mote controls. The game has been perfectly adapted to the new platform although with certain limitations, such as the fact that the zones are not connected and we will have to travel to visit them.

The use of different tools is also limited, now one in each zone. We will catch bugs in one place and we will fish in another one. The game changes the approach of paying the house to decorate a camping, a breath of fresh air to the franchise. We will have hundreds of pieces of furniture, accessories and characters to personalize our experience. As a mobile game, Pocket camp is a very social game that seeks the interaction with other persons through the game. You can add friends in the game itself and you can add your real life friends too!

GRAPHICS AND SOUND

IT FEELS LIKE A DAMN NINTENDO 3DS GAME!

Visually this is the most worked game of animal crossing, it’s a very well detailed game. The sound section too, soft sounds that seek the relax, here you do not come to be a hero but a camping boy with the will to help animals and do whatever you want.

CONCLUSION

The natural evolution of Animal Crossing that we had been waiting for years. Still a beta but looks amazing, and the next versions will have more and more content. From the very first moment I enjoyed it so much that i’m excited to get the entire version.
