Reveal Rodeo: Check every game announced today

Divinity: Original Sin 2

Larian Studios has finally revealed that the long anticipated Divinity: Original Sin 2 home console release will be on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One somewhere on or around August of this year. This version will have new updates and will have tweaks to benefit console controllers. Originally it released back in 2017 for PC after using Kickstarter in 2015. Divinity: Original Sin 2 was welcomed with positive praise from various gaming outlets and this new release will allow more gamers to enjoy this fantastic RPG.

Battle Chasers Nightwar

Battle Chasers: Nightwar was a dungeon crawling RPG from THQ that launched on home consoles back in October of 2017. Around that time a Switch version was announced but little was said about it. Over the past couple of months we’ve heard it was in development and recently it was submitted but waiting approval from Nintendo themselves. We now have an official release date for Nintendo’s hybrid console. Battle Chasers: Nightwar will launch on May 15th of 2018!

The game is based off of the comic of the same name from Joe Madueira and received positive reviews from various gaming outlets. Be sure that your friends over at The Loot Gaming will have a review for you!

Don’t Starve

Klei Entertainment has announced that their open world survival game, Don’t Starve, is coming to the Switch and titled as: Don’t Starve: Nintendo Switch Edition and will include all the downloadable content at the price of $19.99. They also revealed that it’s release date is soon, very soon, as in next week on April 12th of 2018 on the eshop. This game I definitely recommend it to all those who like permadeath games and fighting to survive.

Firewatch

Indie developer Campo Santo have revealed that the fantastic mystery adventure game Firewatch will be coming to the Nintendo Switch. No release was given as they are “stripping the game down to its studs” to make sure performance is as silky smooth as possible on the handheld hybrid. They also announced the already released versions will continue to be patched for improvement.

I hope this means the next gorgeous game being developed by them, In The Valley Of The Gods, can make it to the Nintendo console as well.
