Rumor: Crash Team Racing To Appear At The Game Awards

We sure love our rumors on the internet, don’t we? The following tweet was posted and it does seem to indicate that Crash Team Racing could be popping up as a remaster.

Originally launching in 1999 for the PlayStation, Crash Team Racing was well received from critic and fans alike. Made by Naughty Dog and published by Sony, the game allows players to control fifteen characters from the Crash Bandicoot series. Watch the original trailer below:

With the massive success of the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and Spyro Reignited Trilogy, it was only a matter of time for Activision to pull the trigger on this, although I think it should have been included in the N. Sane Trilogy collection.

Then again, this could be a teaser for something else. We’ll know for sure at the Game Awards. What do you think it is? Would you be happy for Crash Team Racing to make a return? Let us know down below!
