THQ Nordic has sort of become the Pac-Man of the industry, flying around and devouring as many IPs as possible it seems. One IP they had acquired and recently released, which you can read the review here, was the Darksiders franchise. Their newest acquisition is the 90s action adventure Outcast, which they purchased from the original creators.
Is there any better way to start off a new year than with an acquisition? We don’t think so. THQ Nordic acquires the Outcast-IP from its original creators!

Outcast tells the story of a U.S. Navy Seal who escorts three scientists to close a black hole. Great 90’s storytelling. A sequel was planned, called Outcast 2: The Lost Paradise, but it ultimately never released. A remaster was released back in 2017 called Outcast: Second Contact for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
