Web based PSN ‘My Playstation’ announced and released by Sony

Today Sony announced ‘My Playstation‘, (https://my.playstation.com) a web based service that connects with your Playstation Network account. As of now, you can access your profile, view trophies, check your friend’s list and send/read messages. These are all helpful features as you no longer need to leave a game via the home button in order to access any of this information if you have a laptop nearby. These features were available in the mobile app already. However, it is worth noting that the browser version runs considerably quicker. It has a nice clean aesthetic as well, making accessing information as simple as possible. Playstation has also revealed that account management features are on their way to this service.
