Console Gamers Get Their Turn With the Retro Puzzle Adventure
It’s time for console gamers to discover the vibrant visuals and atmospheric journey that made Planet of the Eyes a finalist for “Best Indie Game” at the Canadian Videogame Awards as Cococucumber releases the retro puzzle adventure onto PlayStation 4 and Xbox One today for $9.99. For the next two weeks, Planet of the Eyes will be available for purchase to PlayStation Plus, Xbox Live Gold members and on Steam with a 20 percent discount.
Planet of the Eyes takes players on an atmospheric journey as a lone robot through a mysterious planet. “Planet of the Eyes is about the voyage to discover oneself while engaging in the dangers of a captivating and beautiful world,” said Martin Gauvreau, Co-founder of Cococucumber. “It will draw you in as soon as you start playing and makes it difficult to put the controller down. We’re excited to give console gamers of all ages the opportunity to explore the retro world of Planet of the Eyes.”
Inspired by a retro sci-fi aesthetic, Planet of the Eyes features a story by Will O’Neill of Actual Sunlight and an enchanting score by critically acclaimed sound designer John Black.
