Celeste won our Best Platformer award because it is exactly that, the best platformer. Many have also been able to appreciate this wonderful indie game and many outlets have showered it with praise. At the end of 2018, it was revealed the game had exceeded expectations and sold over 500,000 copies. Celeste sold over 500,000 copies in 2018. Thank you everyone who played it.
